What can i do my toshiba laptop screen got water on it

I have a Toshiba Laptop it is one year old and I had my coffee in my hand and I tripped and some of my coffee splashed on my laptop screen and now there is a gray mark across the screen, I immediately turned off my laptop and took out the battery, but when I look at the screen from the side the gray circle is still in the middle of the screen. What can I do.

have you tried denatured alcohol to remove the oil stain from the screen?
