Not detected ethernet driver

Hello, i require some help related to the internet connection.

Lately i have been experiencing problems with my router and the wireless connection from my PC to my router. Sometimes it just stops the connection and change to limited connectivity and soemtimes my router just reboots.

But what i am most interested is in connecting directly my pc to my modem which doesn´t work if i don´t install my driver.

I would run the Intel chipset driver (called the INF driver) and then run the AtherosLAN driver from here: http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=G41M-VS3&o=Win7
