How do i activate xbox 360 to my windows 7 pc

i really want to get my laptop set up to my xbox before my brother comes home cuz he was bragging bout hving music on his xbox from his computar and i really want to impress him by doin it all by myself before he gets here

I want to be able to play music while I'm in a game.. WMP makes you have only that open for it to play music. :/
