I don't think so, Rand. Those are all printers. The OP wants to find a webcam driver. (Pretty hopeless, because even Tomshardware is full of "IKON webcam" driver searches *for Windows XP*!)
All I've got is this:

It says it has driver for Windows 98. Which may or may not work on Windows 7, maybe in Windows 98 compatible mode.
I don't recommend to download and run the thing, becouse it comes with this "Driverguide Installer" which installs godknows what, besides (hopefully) the Windows 98 driver.

Said that, there are several model numbers there, and a Taiwanese camera chip manufacturer's name: Pixart. There's nothing on Pixart's website driver-wise, though.

Other searches suggest that this "IKON" is (was?) a Chinese manufacturer, probably without any website around these days (if ever).

Okay, I downloaded that driverguide thingy, and dared to run it inside a virtual machine. Eventually it downloaded this zip file, which seems to be an actual driver (actually, three...). It would be great if someone with IKON camera could give some feedback if any of them worked.
