Gtx 670

hello guys,

im going to bulid a new pc and im confused which gtx 670 is best,like:  

gigabyte gtx 670 vs asus gtx 670

my system specs are:

core i5 3570k
16gb ddr3 1600mhz ram
1920 x 1020p 21.5 inches monitor


and one more thing,is liquid cooling with 2 x 200mm fans is enough for the above cards??
