Tight Budget GPU help? HD 7950

Hey guys, i have a tight budget, due to sudden death of my HD 6950, T_T...

Im Chocked tight $320,
my choices

PowerColor HD 7950

Which of this 3 manufacturer are better?
please dont suggest, due to budget and availability in Australia... I only wish to buy local...

I got my eye in the powercolor one, due to it being cheapest, but is the others better?

I had the Gigabyte for a brief while, which was a pretty nice card. Very cool and silent.
It's quite long, think I measured it to be 28.5 cm.
The only reason I returned it was because of a deal on a 670 I couldn't pass up, had no problems with the 7950.

I don't know the others ,but i have and still using all of this: 5830 xtreme , 2x 6870 and 1 7950, all of them oc'ed, all of them sapphire, neverhad any problems, and I will be going for 2nd 7950 sapphire
