No signal on HD6950

Hello, I have a problem with my graphics card. I recently reinstalled Windows, and now, one of the DVI-ports on my GPU isn't working. When I open Catalyst Control Center, I can see that the screen is connected, and what type and model the monitor is. But when I try to extend or change my primary desktop. The screen goes black and says no signal.

How many monitors are you using? If more than 2 you must use active display port adapters to connect 3 and up

I only use 2 monitors.
