Is there software (or some way on the web) to transfer polyphonic
ringtones (specificly .wma files) to my 6610 WITHOUT A DATA CABLE?

Well, firstly you should understand that .wma files are not polyphonic
and will not work on your phone. Search the web for your preferred
tone in midi format - the file extension is .mid.

You will then need to crop the file to play the section you want and
finally transfer it to your phone from your PC using the free Nokia
Data Suite with either a data cable or infra-red connection.

Alternatively, you can use Polyphonic Wizard (see
http://www.polyphonicwizard.com/ ) to crop the song and convert it to
the appropriate number of channels (instruments) for your phone.
Polyphonic Wizard will also enable you to publish the finished tone
through a temporary wap server so you can download it using the
phone's wap browser. This is the only way to avoin a direct connection
to your PC.

Hope this helps.
