GTX 670 or Radeon 7950

Hi, I am building a gaming PC build, and I am wondering if I should go for the Radeon HD 7950 3 GB ($300) or the GTX 670 ($320).

Things to note:
I'm going to play at 1080p
I plan to play Skyrim with multiple mods (Where I think the 3GB may come in handy)
I think PhysX is pretty cool, but I don't care for it that much
Other games I plan to play: Battlefield 3, Borderlands 2, Crysis 3 and Bioshock inf (Which both of those come free with the Radeon), and many more.

If you don't care about the physx, get the 7950. Since it also comes with 2 of the games you want to play, for sure get the 7950.

GTX 670 will have better drivers for games that only recently came out, but since u plan on playing mostly older games, AMD card will do. With multiple monitors, I would say the extra memory is nice, but processing power will be maxed out first.

You will not be able to tell the difference in performance.

There are fans in both camps, But I sense that many prefer the Nvidia drivers. I do.

As to the 2-3gb question, I suspect that it is not an issue.

Crysis 3 is brand bew game and seems to run better on AMD hardware!

Crysis 3 is on Origin, so its not really a game.
