Which graphics card works w my pc

i've got an hp pavillion slimline s5-1224 PC. I wanna do a bit of light gaming. I'm thinking guild wars 2. How do i know what type of graphics card will will work with my pc. and if you have any specific suggestions i'm just looking for a cheapo graphics card w the minimum requirements for the game.
