i have been with Ver. 3 years. but been using msn for my e-mail, now i am trying to set up a ver. e-mail. the problem is you keep telling me i have an account but all the ID and password do not let me in . and each time i try they block me out im sure you have my info so please call again or send e-mail with needed info msn is out of service for me at the end of today 03.16.12 please help gsltcad@msn.com

I think the "You" you are trying to reach is not the "Us" that is reading this. While this site does have the nice red of a Verizon page, it's not it.
