How far can I "safely" oc my 7770GHz ed?

I just don't feel that I am getting the absolute best performance out of my card. Some suggested overclocking, but at this level and seeing that it is factory overclocked, I don't know how effective that would be. If anyone can help me on this, that would be awesome.

Well, to start of what kind of card is it? If it has a good non reference cooler im guessing you can take it to 1100MHz on the core with +20% power limit

The card the OP linked to is a just a standard clocked 7770.

I typically run my 7770 @ 1200Mhz core and 1300 Mhz memory with no issues. Temps have never been above 65 C.

I have pushed my card to 1280Mhz core and 1400 Mhz memory but would have random display driver crashes. The few benchmarks I was able to get past did not show any signifigant gains at these speeds so I set them to the 100% stable speeds listed above.
