Long range wireless about 700 feet

Hello, I need some advice on getting internet from our wired router about 700 feet away. Clear line of sight from a window near one of the ethernet wall plugs. What I would like to do is plug a wireless router into the ethernet wall port and send a signal to my laptop/docking station about 700 feet away. Will I need a high power router or a basic router with a high gain antenna? or both? At the laptop end I plan on using a high power usb network adapter with an external antenna. What should the gain be on these antennas. I only want to have just enough range for this application
