Printer not printing

why is that my printer does not print and have it drivers installed

make sure the printer spool service is on
when you select to print make sure the right printer is selected

the easiest way to find this out is to open the "devices and printers" and check the status listed under the printer if it is in the
"ready" state you may have stuck print jobs so you should reboot or try to clear the print jobs.

also check the back of the printer on how its connected if it is usb try a different port on the pc.
