AMD CCC Not Responding! Please help!

Ok so I'm in a bind.....I recently updated my CCC to 13.1 (I don't remember what my previous was) I installed it without uninstalling the old driver. I was loving it, Crysis 3 was running smoother and was enjoying the MP. Well it froze, I restarted it froze after 20 mins. Happened about 3 more time. I never had issues with the game prior. So I did done some research and found if you don't uninstall the old driver before installing the new one it may cause issues. So I used the AMD uninstalled and deleted everything AMD related. I rebooted my system and reinstalled the drivers. I tried to open CCC and it opened but was "not responding". Is there anything I can do to fix this please help. MSI afterburner opens and runs fine. Please help!

try the latest beta http://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/AMD_Catalyst_13.2_Beta6.exe

if u have old version try reinstall it.

Any other ideas guys gonna try as soon as I'm off of work. I also should mention there are no error messages it just says it's not responding. I didn't have time to restart my PC after I reinstalled it. Will the changes take effect after I boot up again?

Got it working just downloaded 13.1 everythings good.
