Does anyone have any suggestions for free/opensource network management tools that provide the ability to send magic packets and remotely shutdown machines??

I have found many good WoL tools that send magic packets; I have also found the shutdown command within the windows cmd line to be very useful, but I am looking for one tool that allows me to perform both of these operations in one place, hopefully with the ability to create groups and execute batch commands.

Any thoughts? Looking for free tools if possible.

Just found what appears to be a GREAT piece of freeware:

http://www.softperfect.com/products/networkscanner/

Here's the impressive feature list:
- Pings computers and displays those alive.
- Detects hardware MAC-addresses, even across routers.
- Detects hidden shared folders and writable ones.
- Detects your internal and external IP addresses.
- Scans for listening TCP ports, some UDP and SNMP services.
- Retrieves currently logged-on users, configured user accounts, uptime, etc.
- You can mount and explore network resources.
- Can launch external third party applications.
- Exports results to HTML, XML, CSV and TXT
- Supports Wake-On-LAN, remote shutdown and sending network messages.
- Retrieves potentially any information via WMI.
- Retrieves information from remote registry, file system and service manager.
- It is absolutely free, requires no installation, and does not contain any adware/spyware/malware

Haven't had a chance to try it out yet, will do so tonight, but it looks like exactly what i've been looking for.
