Good $100-$150 Video & Audio Card for video editing

Good $100-$150 Video & Audio Card for video editing.

I just bought a re-manufactured Dell Windows XP PC Mini-Tower, 305 Watt , Intel 3.4GHz Dual Core, 2GB RAM, and I use Adobe Premiere 6.5 for editing videos.

However, I am using onboard video and audio. I'd like to replace them both with stand alone cards, but I'm going nuts trying to decide between super-this with driver problems and ultra-that with slow ATI issues! Can you recommend the right video and audio card for me to buy?

My budget is low and I'd like to spend about $100 on each card (video & audio). I just want to do routine video editing and routine music editing. Also, I don't play any games on this PC.

Specs hoping for: Video- PCIe, x16, non-low profile, 400MHz+; Audio- PCI, SNR100dB+.

It doesn't have to be lightning fast, it just has to not crash or make me wait days to render. Thanks!
