crash, PLEASE HELP !! - can't use instantcake in uk - wher..

Hi Guys

My Uk Thomson Tivo has had a disk crash...at least that's how it appears
as it comesup saying "tivo has encountered a serious error..." and will not boot.
I've stuck the drivein a linux box and found it has some errors so I'm not sure what else I
can do except geta new image and restore it to a new drive. I know that instantcake will
not work for uk tivo'sso where else can I get a new drive image ?? At the moment my tivo is
gathering dust : ((((
