Hello,
I have two nics (one on DHCP and on the internet) and the other with static IP and connected to a PLC. Is it possible to set the later to enable the PLC to access internet resources while keeping that network arrangement.

If you are using windows you can (1) use ICS -- Internet Connection Sharing, or (2) bridge the network adapters. Both are turned on in network control panel > change adapter settings. For ICS select the network adapter with Internet, right click, properties, and check the ICS box. To bridge the adapters just go to the same place pick the two network adapters, select both, right click and hit bridge networks.
