I found a 40x12x40 LiteOn CDr for $105 @ www.essencompu.com. Any opinions on LiteOn? As to why their stuff is cheap? I hope its not crap!!

Their stuff is cheap because they have a limited software bundle. You know, at these prices, CD-RW drives should replace floppy drives very soon, but you'll need a non-DOS OS to do it. What about Flashing the BIOS you say? ABit already has a Windows-based Flash utility in Betam and I believe many others will follow. ABit is also a little a ahead of the game with their announced legacy-free motherboards.

I meant like when a new BIOS revision is released, you have to flash it so that your system can use it.
