Need suggestions for new gfx card

hello,
hi, i am thinking to buy a new graphic card. currently i have hd5450. i need some advice to buy a new graphic card that could atleast run crysis 3 and some other new launch. i want it gfx card under 4500rupees i.e. around 80$ max. i am newbie and dont want to waste money like wasted on hd5450. and gfx card that doesnt require power connector cause i have local 450w psu.thnx.....
currently i have amd phenom ll x2 555
mobo is msi 725g-p31
and 4gb ram also a tx3 evo cooler
and also is hd5450 is bottlenecking my cpu?

I agree with crashdev, HD7750 is the only powerful card that don't require additional power connector but the question is your power supply the recommended power supply requirement for HD 7750 is 400w or greater, I think you should upgrade your power supply to at least 500w if you plan to have this card for system stability.
