7870 consumption

Hello,
I would like to know if a Topower M2 650w is able to handle a Radeon HD7870...

Actually, I have an HD 5770, an AMD Athlon II x3 435 @ 3.4Ghz. But I have the opportunity to get an HD 7870 for less than $80.
I would be upgrading the other hardware in the future, so no problem about bottle neck.

650 watts would be more then enough .. honestly im thinking a 500 -550 watt would be good just get something thats power effieicent .. any way i would be wary of that powersupply brand / maker .. make sure you do your research before you buy it ... generally speaking corsair and or seasonic make the best power supplies how ever coolermaster and others also make them if you do get that power supply at the very least make sure you put it on a surge protector.
