If you need my opinion go for the 660ti. You will pay a bid more (about 50 $) but you will get a much better card.

Go for the 7870 and choose the gigabyte one instead of the HIS (much better brand and better cooling).

Also you should think of going for a more powerful power supply. The 7870 needs a minimum of 500 and you should consider any future upgrades.
