I'm thinking about buying an alluminum case because they look cool and it has two intake fans and one exhaust fan. Does anyone know if alluminum fans are really worth it? or are they stupid? Also, i have a athlon xp 1600, should i have a 350 watt psu or should i stick with my 300 watt psu. I have a lot of devices in my computer and I just need to know if there is a big difference in the two psu's.

It's really up to your own discretion - are you willing to pay extra for the aluminum? With your power supplies, you'd get an extra 50w of power that your PSU will be able to supply. With a lot of devices, the more power, the better. Also make sure that you use a reliable power supply, or if you're unlucky, you might burn a few things out!

Aluminum cases have nothing to do with the fans, I assume you're looking at Lian-Li's, since you mentioned two intake and one exhaust. I have a PC-7, it's ok. The only reason I really bought it is because it'a little bigger than my former case, and is a lot lighter.

Fans help, more airflow is better. You can always put more fans in your current case.

The brand of PSU is more important than the rated wattage, to a certain extent. A 300w Antec is better and more reliable than a 350w Deer, for example.
