Cables needed for 4 displays on gtx670

I have gtx 670 and wanting to get 4 screens going on it.

Currently using 2 screens and using both dvi ports for displays.

I have and active display port cable adaptor can i use that and a hdmi cable to the 3 and 4th screen or do i need to buy a splitter.

would be using 3 standard 21.5 led monitors on dvi @1920x1080 and have 28" tv currently running 1920x1080.

Yup you have what you need just plug it up. FYI you do not need an active displayport converter for Nvidia cards. I have a DP to DVI dongle and it works fine.
