Possible bottleneck?

My cpu is an intel i5 750. Will the cpu be too much of a bottleneck?

No bottleneck, that cpu is still a good one for gaming, actually you can go with a 7870, and it will not bottleneck it.

That's good, cause this looks like a good deal and have been wanting some extra performance in games. Not gonna spend the extra for a 7870 though. Not when the 7850 can OC to the same levels.
