Graphics card fan replacement

I have a HD 5450 with a failed fan. The fan is square, 45mm side to side at the outside edges of the case. But the mounting is made with 2 integral screws offset from 2 corners, with about 54-55 mm between the screws.

if it a 40mm fan check that the pin to pin is about 50-55mm as that what post of these two pin fans are.
