Hello.
I am trying to run a dual set up. One of them is a TV (Phillips 36" FTV) and the other is a Acer 22inch LCD monitor.
Running a sapphire HD 7970 card.
The monitor is set up using the DVI connection and the TV is set up using HDMI.
They both connect up fine on startup.
The problem I'm facing is twofold:
The connection to the TV on my computer goes inverted colours after a while.
The screen goes green for about 5-10 seconds then all the colours come back blue and pink. I can't find out how to fix this besides changing the channel and back again.
This also used to happen on my old computer. (new computer, old tv currently)
I've tried resolution, I've tried refresh rate. I just can't find a fix.
The second problem which was wracking my brain last night was that The writing displayed on the TV through HDMI was small, and hard to make out. It was as if it was less defined. Anything far away was hard to read. In game I'm talking 10-15ft and even facebook was hard to make out some words at first glance.
This problem seems to have sorted itself out over night while I slept but I really am not sure what fixed it or how.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
