Graphic card issues (i think)

Hello,
have HP P-7 1414 desktop 6 Gb ram 64 bit AMD Radeon HD 7560D 1000 THD 300 watt I play The Sims 3 with 2 expansion packs after I play foe a few hours I get flickering and the game gets a little dark is this a card issue ,cooling issue, etc
