Full display prob w/ radeon hd 7750 1 gb

just built first pc, everything works well except my display doesn't use up my whole screen.

windows 8 pro
aoc i2757fh monitor
asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0
amd fx8350
his iceqx radeon hd 7750 1gb gddr5
g.skill ares 16gb ddr3 1866
Kingston hyperx ssd 120gb

I have about 1.5" on sides and 1" top & bottom of unused pixels on my monitor. i'm connecting through hdmi. any suggestions are greatly appreciated

In the graphic settings in CCC there is an Overdrive option, I think it's called, that you need to move to 0%. I just hooked my sons monitor with HDMI and had the same problem. It was on like 15% before hand. Now fills the whole screen.

thanks that worked - went to scaling options in the amd vision engine control center and scaled that sucker down!!!
