GTX 660

Planning to buy GTX 660 but very much confused between the manufacturer.

My requirement is that the cooling should be better,no overclocking needed, at least there won't be any upgrade requirement for 2 years .

Options are:

MSI
ASUS
FORSA(wondering if it is a good card or not. If anyone knows anything about this brand then please let me know)
Zotak
Gigabyte
Palit

I'm going to play games in 1024*768 for some time as right now I'm having an old desktop. So is it better to go with GTX 660 or 560ti would be better?

If 560ti then which manufacturer?
