Which graphic card would be good for my motherboard

Nvidia gtx 570
nvidia gtx 560
450 gts
Radeon HD 7770

i have 500 wat power supply
currently i have 9600 GT
this is what graphic slot on my motherboard that i have. The - Expansion 1x PCI-E x16, 2x PCI, 2x DDR2 DIMMs, 4x SATA2, 1x PATA133.

these are my current choices by looking up on their benchmark. (benchmark)
1.GTx 570 (4316)
2.GTX 560 (3054)
3. Radeon HD 7770 (2128)
4. 450 GTS (1518)


I don't know what slots are the above graphic cards, if one of them won't fit my motherboard, please post below. Thank you for sacraficing your time on this thread. :hello:

Any of them will work fine, it just looks like your built is a bit old, your CPU might bottleneck a modern graphics card. Can I ask what CPU are you using?
