No, you DON'T need a dedicated GPU. The page arich5 is referring to mentions the phrase "Optional: Adobe-certified GPU card for GPU-accelerated performance", that doesn't mean it's necessary. It is going to be slower than a dedicated card given the fact a dedicated card has CUDA cores to accelerate the graphical processing, but it won't be impossible.
