Integrated AMD HD Graphics 7520 is better than Intel HD 4000 graphics

As the HD 4000 is integral to the i7-3770K- instead of the relatively poor performing AMD 4400M CPU, in experiential terms, an HD4000 system probably would seem "better".

While I've seen good scores on HD4000 computers, better than some expensive dedicated cards- my Precision T5400 (2009) with Quadro FX4800 (1.5GB, $1,100) scored 1623 with 2D = 512, 3D= 912, the integrated AMD's are spotty performers. I changed an AMD Athlon II x3 450 computer from integrated Radeon 7025 to a $30 GeForce GT 240 (1GB) and the system score improved from 262 to 1394, Significantly, the 3D score of 23 improved to 640!

Intel HD 4000 is not strong enough to play games as simple as fifa13 on even medium settings. Integrated AMD graphics generally perform better than the integrated Intel graphics.
