Pc can't dictect grapics card

i brought a new laptop dell 15 3521 (intel i5 3rd gen,4gb am,amd radeon 7670m with 1 gb mem,500gb hd).without an os.then i installed win7 my self and install all driver software from dell website.then when i poweron my lap the sysytem didn't dictect graphics card...so pls help me to solve it

Go to AMDs website and get the 7670m driver?
