That's my card. I'm hitting 70c after about 1-2 hours of play. Is that bad? Another point of interest is that I think the fan speed is only getting up to 40%.

70c is not bad for a video card, as long as it is under 85c there is nothing to worry about. 85c+ is just a safe guess, as some video cards can stand temperatures of 100c+.

thou 40% fan at 70c sounds pretty relaxed and silence oriented fan curve... 70c is fine, but there are softwares that let you make your own fan curve for the card. Anyways it seems to be working as intended.

Good to know. My previous card was usually under 60c. Just seemed high.
