Back dor or something else?

Hello,

I found this at my computer hardware. I posted here because i think it can be a security risk. Should i worry about it or just forget. I have only 2 network devices in my PC, the one that came with the board and the one that i bought to add as a plus. I am using AVG free anti virus and Zone Alarm Pro now, could one of those make like a virtual network to scan for malware or other stuff first and after that to be used normally?

Please ease my slow sinking into the doubt zone about Microsoft software..

Here's the word from the horse's mouth. Whatever doubts you might have about Microsoft software, their documentation is superb.

I will keep on using Microsoft software.. ( ha ha ha)

I enabled it and it says: This device cannot start. (Code 10). I see that i do not use it now so it's ok.
