Back dor or something else?

Hello,

I found this at my computer hardware. I posted here because i think it can be a security risk. Should i worry about it or just forget. I have only 2 network devices in my PC, the one that came with the board and the one that i bought to add as a plus. I am using AVG free anti virus and Zone Alarm Pro now, could one of those make like a virtual network to scan for malware or other stuff first and after that to be used normally?




Please ease my slow sinking into the doubt zone about Microsoft software.. :(

I will keep on using Microsoft software..:)  ( ha ha ha)

I enabled it and it says: This device cannot start. (Code 10). I see that i do not use it now so it's ok.
