Can I Upgrade My Graphics Card?

Just bought a new computer (Link of it below) And wish to get a better graphics card. The one it has now is an Intel HD 2000 or something like that. I will be using some 3D programs and that is why i need a better one. Can i upgrade it? If so would i have to take it to like a computer shop or something? Thanks!

Yes you can. With the psu it has, the best you can do is a 7750. I'd say if you can use a screwdriver, you can put in a graphics card. If you want something higher, you'll need to replace the psu too. What is your budget?
