Hi,
I know there are a lot of threads and reviews out there, but still I feel the need for advice on which on to get specific to my needs.

CPU: i7 3770k
PSU: AX860

My budget is max. 350€ probably.

I'm planning on running a 1080p main monitor, with "HD ready" (720p prob?) TV as secondary. Possibly 1080p dual-screen in future.

I do not have any specific games, or graphics settings to list. But I'm sure any of these cards will fulfill my needs. However I do want the best bang for the buck, and I want to be sure on what I'm getting. Also, noise is an important factor to consider.

Right. Based on reviews, and my bias towards nV, I was almost certain to get Asus 660Ti, which is supposed to be cooler and quieter than the other ones. Specifically, this one:

(315€)

However, the HD7950 supposedly has better performance with more than one monitor attached? As well, as rivaling overall performance of 660ti, and even 670 based on some reviews... So, Asus (same reasons) HD7950 is still a very viable option.

(330€)

And, last, but not least - the local shop has a discount on GTX 670 right now, putting it right into my budget. However, since it's a lower end 670, I'm not really sold.

(349€ from 399€)

I'm limited on where I can buy. So there is no point in recommending something from newegg or any other place.
Which one to choose? Important factors:
Noise.
Multiple monitors.

Overclocking is a factor, but not important one.

For 350 euros I think you can get a 7970.... but if you can't I would go for 7950 with a custom cooler.

most of cards with custom coolers are not loud...
660, 670 or 7950 any of them you can use multiple monitors...

Thanks for your opinion :)

Indeed, there is one 7970 barely falling into my budget as well:

(349.90€)

I know they all can use multiple monitors, but I'm more interested in performance while doing so.
