What is Frame Time?

Is it better than having higher Frame Rates? I heard nVidia generaly has better solution for Frame Time. Is there a basis for this?

Higher Frames Per Second are a subject to how good a computer is. Frames per second tend to increase with higher end gaming computers (i.e. gaming performance increases). Frame rate (also known as frame frequency) is the frequency (rate) at which an imaging device produces unique consecutive images called frames (from wikipedia). Latest graphics card can operate in higher fps while playing games, meaning that image lag is less possible to be present.
