I'm about to get a new gpu but I can't decide if I should get the Sapphire 7970 vapor-x ghz or wait till newegg has the His iceq x2 in stock. both are same price and I just can't decide. any opinions will help
Get what you can now, if they only have the vapor x grab it and enjoy! Both of those cards are really nice, and you wouldnt be able to tell a difference between the two.

I agree with zpwslayer that you should get what you can. And if they had both in stock then you could take either one but since they have vapor-x then just grab that. It has great cooling and OC capabilities just like HIS and Sapphire has been a long time AMD supporter with great track record, so you got nothing to lose.
You shouldn't have any problem at all. Just make sure you have the power to feed two cards and plenty of case airflow to help them breath a little better and you'll be good to go!
