Converting ethernet port to wireless transmitting WiFi?

So the office has a blank spot of no coverage for Wifi, however, there are loads of [wired] workstations in that area.
I'm wondering if its possible to get something to plug into a workstation usb/ethernet and to share that workstations internet access wirelessly.
Consider it a workaround to a wifi booster.
Cheers,
TBK

  1. get a cheap router and convert it to an Access Point.

if you do not have an extra network port on the wall, plug network cable from switch in to LAN port and from LAN port to computer.
