Hi,
I own this card http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3707#ov and one of the fans is really noisy, the other fan is completely silent, I checked this by opening the case while the pc was running and just stopping the fan with my finger(I applied some pressure to the center of the fan, not the blades).
Is there anything I can do about it? I don't want to buy a new VGA cooler just because of that one fan.
Thanks in advance.

You can always just blow some compressed air onto it and see if something is lodged in it. After that I'd consider contacting Gigabyte about your issue as they manufactured it. You can also look into disassembling the fans and heatsink and trying to get some lube in the fans gears, but I'd make this a last resort.

One of my 560's went up in flames because one of the two fans failed, cheapening out may be more costly than you think.

Alright, I'll try contacting them.

If Gigabyte won't be able to help me out on this, then I guess you're right, better off buying a new VGA cooler.
