Sapphire's vapor-x card seems to get the best temps by the benchmarks I have seen. There is a 3gb and a 6gb version, but unless you use multi monitors on a high resoluion you don't need 6gb.

The Vapor-X is the only special version of a card I would ever consider over the cheapest version. You can expect to overclock to 1250/1800+ and then keep your temps below 60-70 degrees on full load. It truly is a beast!
