The Radeon HD 7750 will work with a 300w PSU. Off the top of my head it has about 80% - 85% the performance of a HD 7770 which I would only recommend for a 375w or higher PSU.

Note the the A6 APU will only dual graphics with a Radeon HD 6670 or slower card. Sticking in a Radeon HD 7750 will basically mean the integrated graphics core will be disabled.
No just buy the card and pop it in. Ready to go. Also the CPU you have is known as a apu. You can actually combine the graphics of the apu with the graphics card and have a boost. You might want to consider at least a 7850

I wouldn't purchase anything until you open your case and can confirm you have a pci-e slot that looks like the ones on the top and bottom: http://img.tomshardware.com/us/2005/11/23/pc_interfaces_101/pcie_sli_conn.jpg

Also while your in there check your power supply and tell us the wattage. You'll need something around 400-500W to run a low end graphics card. Also make sure your power supply has ATLEAST one of these connects:

I wouldn't run any discrete graphics card on a 300W psu. My first suggestion would be to save up for a new PSU around 500W.
