I was looking at the 650ti but I would really like a VGA connector.

i5-3570k
GIGABYTE GA-H77-DS3H

On my EVGA GTX650Ti, one of the DVI ports can be used with an adapter. The other one cannot; one is DVI-D and the other is DVI-I.

The 7850 is amd's alternative in that price range. You can get an adapter to vga for any hdmi, dvi, or display port, so that shouldn't influence your decision. Also the video out ports on the card vary by manufacturer so compare different company's cards.
