Dell xps m1530 graphic card problems

Hello,
My Dell XPS M1530 suddenly stopped working over night and I dont know what the exart cause might be. When pressed the power button lights come up, I can hear computer running, CD drive running but nothing on the screen.

I insert a CD in the drive but wouldnt eject when pressed the eject buuton. Connect my laptop to an external LCD monitor and nothing come up.

I am suspecting a graphic card problem but too sure at this stage. please any help or advice is hihghly appreciated.

I am looking into this problem, however so far it sounds very bad - your video chip on motherboard most likely fried....
It is a common issue on xps m1530.

I can not find the location of all those lights, well I don't have the actual laptop, so you would have to look around.

Which combination is applicable to you?

I hope this will help to solve your problem, once again the result can be very bad....
