How well it will do so depends on your monitor's resolution and how high you want eye candy turned up.

That's a basic card with only 1GB vram so don't expect miracles but it should run most anything today.

Yes it will run new games, but the gpu is holding back the 3770k and you will need a better video card to play most new games on high settings.

The card you have can play any game, some on modest (but should still be "decent") settings. If you decide the visual quality isn't good enough, you can upgrade your video card to something better. A HD7870 or GTX660 would be significant upgrades. You may need to upgrade your PSU as well, if you have less than 500W AND/OR it is a cheap generic (such as most that come with cases).

My monitor is only a 1366x786 I don't expect playing on a much higher because I'm used to this, does this make it any better? I'm hoping it'll run new games for at least 8-9months because I'm saving for a better gpu starting in 5-6months :p

It should do quite well at that resolution.

really good, but for better performance, get a better video card, the 7770 is still good.

I would pair your 3770k with at least an 7870XT/7950
