PPPoe internet disconnects regularly

Hi,
I have a TA790GXB A2+ Ver. 6.x motherboard. I have windows 7 installed in it. I have a pppoe connection for internet. Its drops abruptly.
Where as i installed Linux on it and it works fine. (Fedora 16)

What is the problem ? Can anyone please help ?
