The better 670?

Here's my question. Which of these two choices is better:

Windforce x3 670 2gb

OR

Gainward 670 2gb ( This here one! http://tinyurl.com/afwly9f)

Out of the two which would you recommend, both in terms of OC, performance and temps. Sidequestion: Is that Gainward GPU a reference version?

Aside from that, do you have any other suggestions? Do we have any data on when the 700 series will be released or if it's even worth getting?

Yes best 670 EVER I have I have it and it has a GTX 680 PCB, faster than most 680s, extended farther than 680 PCB with heatsinks. Killer absolute killer, even in Crysis 3 with 8xMSAA and all very high with motion blur off. Gigabyte absolutly wins

+1 for the Gigabyte. Quiet, cool, and overclocked well.

I have the Gigabyte 670 is near dead silent I would have to turn my music down and really sit and watch for noise. Also, keep in mind that the reference cards that were made for the 670 series were rather funky and loud. I've changed out my sound card but here is my 670.
